So you can’t refute the testimony of the Director of the FBI so you’re laughing about it. Do you find the threat of domestic terrorism funny?

The people in the FBI office that got shot up after the Mar-a-Lago search certainly didn’t think so.

None of the prosecutors or judges involved in any of the four Trump prosecutions are laughing about the additional costs or dangers that their employees and staff are working under in bringing these cases.

Trump is going to get himself locked up. He won’t shut up and he keeps working hard to get himself thrown in jail so I’m pretty sure it’s gonna happen.

And if anything, his supporters start taking to the streets and starting violence against anyone, they’re going to jail too.

They aren't charging him with treason.
They're charging him with fraud and protesting a stolen election.
They don't have the right to keep him in jail if he has the money to post bail because he's not a flight risk.

Neither were/are the large majority of those arrested jailed and denied bail for being at the Capitol on J6. And their crimes were far far less than what Trump has been charged with. Most of them are jailed for what the prosecution says they intended to do rather than for anything they did. But they have been held without bail for months/years.

Conversely many others in other situations have committed serious domestic battery, assault and battery on the street and bars, etc. and have been released on their own recognizance. Due process was denied many of the J6 protesters.
