You cant catch flies with vinegar. If we really wanted to change Iran peaceully we would have shunned our boycots and unfroze their funds during Katami's time and rewarded the Iranian people with our support for a move toward more tolerant government.

The youth in Iran are going through the same problems that the 99%'ers/Wallstreet Protesters are going through here in America. The rich/powerful have screwed up the system and while they have gotten richer, the rest of us have fallen behind. Can't afford college, can't find jobs, economy sucks. I think the root of the problem here began with the Federal Reserve being given responsibility for keeping job growth going. They should only be taksed with keeping the currency strong and tied to some basket of commodities, IMO.

Funny you want to support the people of Iran but not the people of America. The people in Wisconsin or on Wallstreet are probably commies and socialists to you. But the people in Iran, you want them to revolt for the same things? Odd.

I think that here in America we can still make necesary changes by the ballot box.

Who knows what will be the case if we have a nother decade of precedence in regard to the POTUS being able to declare anyone a terrorist and being able to arrest them in secret, without charges and then hiding them in some system of underground prisons or even having them assassinated. Or more mildly, just taking their property from them and giving it to their supporters under the guise of it being in the public interest as it will generate more tax revenue.

We are in a very delicate situation and it needs getting fixed pronto.

Seems our government is just as corrupt as Irans, Greece, France, Syria, Egypts. And everywhere its the rich that are corrupt, not the unions and not the poor and not entitlements.

No, the unions are corrupt and they got that way by presuming that workers would continue to support them no matter what.

So--if Santorum wins Michigan--Romney is going to have to go after him on his EXTREME views on social issues. The GOP will have a huge problem as Donald Trump who has endorsed Romney will most likely do a 3rd party run and should this come to fruition I will most gladly jump on the Trump train as I can not stomach a man who touts his Christianity, but has a voting record and earmarks that tells me that there is nothing FISCALLY conservative about this career politician, then he and his wife sue a Chiropractor for 500 grand because she stated he caused her back pain which caused her to gain weight and lose confidence and she could not go out on the campaign trail with him, all the while he is touting tort reform.
