When the economies in Europe turn around, and when China's recent slowdown reverses, you're going to see oil prices take off again, and it won't have anything to do with anything any American president is doing.

A devalued dollar has a lot to do with oil prices, a residents has a lot to do with a dollar losing it's value. Since the dollar is the world wide denomination used to buy oil when it is devalued you get less oil with more money.

In April, I predicted that President Obama’s $52 million plan to increase the margin requirements and otherwise tighten the screws on oil speculators — who borrow huge sums to bet on the direction of oil without taking delivery — would cut oil prices by 10%. He’s beaten that prediction and the lowered price of gasoline has added $78.4 billion to its consumers’ spending power.

In our area we have connection to a refinery pipeline and storage facility that includes SW Mizzouri and NW Arkanass.
So our fuel is lower than many states. In Neosho it is 3.09, in my little town it is 3.14

So our fuel is lower than many states. In Neosho it is 3.09, in my little town it is 3.14
