Hello,
If a certain country has large oil reserves and sells that oil, the most logical way to sell that oil is:
-countries that themselves come for oil to a country that has large oil reserves, then the price of oil for those countries should be the same
- if a country that owns large oil reserves exports oil itself, then oil sales prices would be more expensive to countries that are further away
I'm not an expert and I'm not much informed about how oilis currently sold, but if I were to think about how it is right to sell I think the proposed way would be the most normal and best.
