Iceland held a funeral to mourn Okjökull, its first glacier lost to climate change

I mourn the loss of ice ...

Its strange that this important "fact" is not covered in any respectable journal.
The gate keepers of climategate are not all gone.. They still work hard today in an effort to keep skeptical points of view and works that destroy AGW hidden..
Now that Koch is dead will this nonsense continue ?

It will till such time as climate science can provide observed, measured evidence that supports the AGW hypothesis over natural variability...and till some observed measured evidence can be produced which establishes a coherent relationship between the absorption of infrared radiation by a gas and warming int eh atmosphere...and they get around to publishing at least one paper in which the hypothetical warming due to our activities has been empirically measured, quantified and blamed on greenhouse gasses.

nobody cares about this.......other glaciers all over the world are growing.:hello77:

The only people caring are those like Tommy who automatically tend to the hysterical on just about everything in life. I mean, c'mon now..........look at the guys avatar. Is that a guy you're gonna choose to be in a fox hole with you?:abgg2q.jpg:

If there was actual net ice melt ongoing, there would be a sea level rise, and that's the problem.

The warmers have no evidence of a sea level rise. Instead, they are lying about 3 island chains in the South Pacific, which are sinking, while nothing else is, because they are close to the tectonic formation known as the Pacific Ring of Fire, on the subduction side....

Icelanders love to have good parties.

A funeral for a glacier is the best excuse they've concocted in years.

But The Irish could do it better. Pity there have been glaciers in Ireland since before there were any Irish to mourn then.
