We can't you make this stuff up but you can? Look at the assumptions you made in just a few sentences. Did you read the article?

Yep... read the law and the article... made precisely ZERO assumptions... Everything I said is a demonstrable, incontrovertible fact.

Which, naturally... is not changed by the innuendo that such is not the case; but, I do agree that, innuendo was the best fraud you could perpetuate here.

So... at the end of the day, ya did the best ya could... God bless your little progressive heart.

You titled this, "ICE Official Says he will not enforce US Federal Law for Arizona Illegals". That's how you took John Morton's statement. I look upon his statement as saying that the department will stick to their priorities and in some ways it is no different than a judge saying he won't necessarily prosecute every speeder the cops hauls into his court.

My assumption is that I doubt ICE has the time, money and resources to process a stay-at-home mom illegally in the country with a husband and kids who are legal American citizens. You are welcome to yours that he didn't read the law.

You would.

They took an oath to uphold the laws and now they have better things to do.

Their priorities are to suck up to Hispanics...and not enforce Federal laws....so Arizona has to take things into their own hands.

Nothing has changed other that the negligence of the Obama Administration is official. They can't claim it's a mistake.

Well the city in Arizona where I lived took matters into their own hands, settled out of court by shelling out $500,000 in a cash settlement and has spent 10 years "sucking up to the Hispanics" by staging one Hispanic cultural event after another to repair bent relations. Personally I've got nothing against those who gave us the law, but it is my view that without first securing the border, deportation seems like bailing water while ignoring the leak. I'd set the priority at going after the ones that we're willing to host behind bars for an extended spell before shipping them back.

Why should the federal government put Arizona first? Sounds to me like Arizona is going to fill their jails up with people that have committed misdemeanors and the Feds will swoop in and take them off their hands, ignoring immigration problems in other states.

 They really didn't think this through.

In truth Joe Arpaio has been operating on what amounts to the new Arizona law for over three years... and it hasn't filled his jails with any massive numbers of additional misdemeanors... Ya see, those arrested for various crimes, but which were later found to be in the US illegally, would have been in jail without regard to their being immigration violators...

Which is of course which is what sets the fraud advanced by the Progressives in stone...

Cool huh...

So very true...

The problem of course is that the Progressives and Marxist currently in Federal office, are determined to simply ignore longstanding US Federal Law... while mouthing the fraud that they support the law; thus the 'leak' problem is in the subversion common to anti-American ideologies having been tolerated by Americans... to the point of having elected anti-Americans to the US Executive in 2008.

ROFL... So ICE doesn't have the time, money or resources to process a stay at home Mom, in the country illegally... with 3 kids who are Americans? Well.... then ICE doesn't have a reason to exist.

So we need to disband ICE and simply authorize the States, who DO have the time, money and resources to deal with illegal immigrants...

Progressives subverting American Sovereignty...

More Socialists who HAVEN'T EVEN READ THE ARIZONA LAW... declare they will not ENFORCE US FEDERAL LAW for those illegals referred to the US Federal Immigration Dept... by Arizona.

ROFLMNAO...

Ya can't make this crap up!

Another shitbag progressive who needs to be fired!!!! The American people are watching and will vote in November to kick the progressives the fuck out!!!!!

Riiight...and now they are going to put massive amounts of people in jail to await a deportation hearing that can only be done by the Fed and they are going to have to foot the bill. Stupid, no matter how you look at it.

Why is the response to Arizona's desparation not something like, "We are looking into working with Arizona and addressing their problems in hopes Arizona will not feel it necessary to keep this law. Our hopes are to put the Federal laws we have into proper action so no other states will deem it necessary to take their own action any longer", instead of villification? Just wondering.

Not stupid, effective, as long as their goal is to put some light on the non actions of the feds. They wouldn't be able to put massive amounts of individuals in jails if the feds were securing our borders as they should have been.

Here's an idea; Instead of hiring 15000 IRS agents to make sure suburban soccer moms are paying the health insurance premiums, they hire 15000 ICE agents to process some real criminals? Makes sense to me.

Well that summarizes your position nicely.

I don’t see it as negligence of duty for the I.C.E. director to prioritize the use my tax dollars to go after those committing armed robbery and such, engaged in human trafficking and in investigation of suspected terrorist.

Yes, it would be nice if Arizona was able to dump their catch off at the Mexican border instead of turning them over to the feds. But would it solve anything? I have drove a residential street along the border in Nogales and have had in front of me an illegal drop from the fence and dash through the yard on the north side of the street and into oblivion. The widespread “catch and release” approach is pretty much just another government boondoggle.

Jesus Christ!!!

Armed Robbery is not the domain of the Immigration and Naturalization Department.

That is under the jurisdiction of local police and the FBI.

Get a clue.:anj_stfu:

How's this sound.

Wrap em in absorbent towels and dump them in the Gulf.

That way they will serve two purposes.....cleaning up the environment and cleaning out a massive drain on our economy.

My second choice is to dump them in San Francisco. Let them deal with em.

Please no. SF is too expensive - they'll end up in Oaklandtown.
