Reading a book written thousands of years ago that seeks to brainwash the population against science and rational thought.

Actually the Hebrew Bible is a transhumanist and liberation text.
It's the NT & new one world religion that was a grand scheme to converge all cultures philosophy, theology, mythology into one mish mosh that they could be authority and have control over. Irony is the Hebrews were looking for liberation from that very same globalist nonense that people embedded in the system strive to be free of today.

2) you need The commentary in the scrolls to guide the context of the time period and meaning intended by the sages.
Which means when reading about
Isaiah 7& 9 you should read it heside the Hezekiah Apochrypha which is who is being discussed. Then you grasp who the great council to Hezekiah is.
Furthermore Isaiah commentary can be found throughout the Dead Sea Scrolls to help assist reading about Isaiah's Liberator.
3)you need a Lexicon and once again the scrolls help decipher the poetic usage of words and slang of that era thus the real meaning of the word within the scripture changes from how we use it literally today from the poetic usage of the Biblical age.
Example: Kittim & Seas=Rome & Ships=Rome's army. They used slang code so Rome would not know they were being spoken of during revolts, in the same way your kids today use slang so parents or authorities don't figure out what they are talking about. If you read slang literally it would not make sense like if you deciphered the code, and only then do you have the real message not the mistaken and sometimes rediculous humorous translations. Anyone who understands basic literary techniques, metaphors, analogies, homonyms, hyperbole, etc., has enough of an education to find the hidden teachings in both the Torah and the Gospels even if they only know English.

"Hordes".

Reading is Fine but comprehension is the problem and so are the mistaken concepts taken out of it.... Anyone remember reading Chaucer or old English in school will understand what I mean or just go down to the southern part of the states and try to understand the slang that has crept in to the english over time...England itself is a good example how in such a small country the words become hard to discern and understand...

Ok rabbi, In the vision of ezekiel he describes the hayyot as being covered with eyes.

The hebrew word 'ayin has been into translated eyes, its literal meaning, but the word also denotes light, and colors.

The question is are the hayyot covered in eyes or luminous colors?

The "Heavenly Inspired" translation of the first verse of the Torah was mistranslated.
So much for TNT which freely mistranslates Torah and Prophets incorrectly like flinging mud at a wall.

Go to a Hebrew speaking priest and without mentioning the context of our conversation and ask him to translate the first verse and get back to me.
