Men have lower IQs than the low females but men have higher IQs as the level rises

And that is where polygamy comes in

So when there is a logic ability test for voters at a high level there will only be a few women compared to the men

Bill Gates had nothing to do with the design or coding of Windows. Windows was initially an operating environment that loaded as a shell on top of MSDOS. You booted to DOS and then loaded Windows. It wasn't until Windows 95 that Windows acted as an actual operating system. Windows 95, 98, and ME had no firewall feature. The first Windows firewall was in Windows 2000 and had to be loaded as a security pack. Consumer versions didn't get a firewall until the switch to the NT kernal in Windows XP, and even then not until Service Pack 3 was released circa 2005. The first version of Windows to be designed with actual security was Vista. Gates and company didn't know what the hell a firewall was until XP was getting devastated by viruses and malware.
