I can’t breathe again but in LA cops

So what happened on 1/6 was patriotic in your book.
For the most part yes

protesting a stolen election was the legal right of everyone there that day

But storming the capital building was stupid and not legal

It was stupid because it played into the hands of democrats who are now twisting the law to smear all protestors everywhere

simple trespassing and disturbing the peace is being described as terrorism bordering on crimes against humanity

Or shooting and killing fleeing unarmed citizens in the back. The American people aren't going to stand for their brutality any longer.
In actuality, they probably will. The system is slow. slow to work. slow to change and although there are many good cops out there, we still have a lot of dumb ass cops, too. As they get caught, make examples of them whenever possible, as they are supposed to represent the law and the authority to inflict the will of the state over the people, as may be justifiably called for at times. Still the bad ones make them all look worse. Bad cops need their own death penalty, even in states with no death penalty.

Much cheaper on money and manpower to just kill them on the spot?
Think of it from future police officers point of view

it reaches a point where enforcing the law carries too many personal risks for the cop

in the hood at least, and in the grey areas between the hood and the suburbs good cops begin to think that its better to look the other way and let the criminals do their thing unimpeded

which seems to be happening in many US cities already

I am thinking about the future. If they cannot stay within what few moral laws we hold paramount, they have no business wearing a badge. You cannot have officers with advantage in the courts, setting standard on the street and occasionally exercising summary judgement on unarmed citizens because the rules and customs make it hard to get rid of them. Again and again, they do not police their own, but protect their own, in situations that would be indefensible if they were civilians making the same choices in protection of the public, themselves or another. They are not above the citizens, or at least were not intended to be, especially not intended to be above the laws that govern everybody else. Still the hardest criminal to prosecute is often a dirty or brutal cop.

Be careful what you wish for

Was given ample opportunity to comply and decided to fight.

Dumbass, just like GF, deserved what he got.

Why do you believe he "deserved" it?
He should have cooperated from the start, but I don't see how anyone can say he "deserved" to die over it.
If you get drunk and sleep it off on the train tracks do you “deserve” to get run over by a train?

maybe not but dont blame it on the train either
