HUGE! E. Jean Carroll Jacket Dress Comes into Question – Trump Accuser Stumbles During Testimony

You may apologize at any time.

NEW YORK (AP) — A jury found Donald Trump liable Tuesday for sexually abusing advice columnist E. Jean Carroll in 1996

No need to apologize. You are welcome.

A federal judge ruled that Donald Trump is liable for defamatory statements he made about writer E. Jean Carroll in 2019 when she went public with claims he raped her decades earlier.

Upcoming trial for Carroll’s lawsuit against Trump will only deal with the question of how much the former president should pay her in monetary damages for defaming her.

So quote and link should be easy. Please provide it. I couldn’t find it

Try reading the link, it makes it easier to find. See from the link:

She was later forced to change her story after New York Magazine pointed out that the dress she said she was wearing had not been sold in 1994. Carroll later claimed the alleged attack occurred in 1995 or 1996. But she is still not clear on the date it took place.

Reading is fundamental.

Per your article: He cited the fact that jurors at a trial in a separate but related lawsuit in May found that Trump sexually abused Carroll in a New York department store in the mid-1990s, and defamed her in statements he made when he denied her allegation last fall.

According to Trump’s lawyer. Was that in a deposition? If so it should have been entered into evidence and be available to the public.

Can you find it?

That is NOT a quote. Nor is it linked to a quote. That’s something a lawyer claimed … outside of the courtroom as far as I can tell

I am DIRECTLY addressing the thread stupid.

The entire thing appears to be bullshit
What's bullshit, is that if it concerns Trump, we seem to want to throw out Statutes of limitations, Defendant rights, and what ever avenues the Defendant has to argue his case...Disgusting....

The book was published in 2019, they are well within the Statute of Limitations for the filing of a Civil Defamation case.
