How much trouble is Hillary Clinton Really in?

Hillary will be fine....
In a few years the FBI will announce they are a few years away from getting
a handle on what happened so by 2025 we will have some sort of resolution...
Maybe it gets extended to 2027.But I'm confident the FBI will clear her of criminal
activity....

The report will probably say she was just a dumb ass but that's it.

She should be in serious trouble. Most of the media is treating this like a minor little mistake while it's clear that it's far more serious.

It wasn't a mistake, as Hillary tried to claim. She deliberately went ahead and set up a private server after asking for a private account and being told that she couldn't due to security concerns. That should have been the end of it.

She was also warned numerous times that it was a huge security risk. Again, she did nothing.

There were several attempts to hack her server by an unknown person.

She also failed to turn over all emails pertaining to her job when she left.

It seems that Hillary thinks rules are for other people but not her. Arrogant doesn't begin to describe her attitude.

If this had been a Republican who flouted the law and put the country at risk, they would have been tarred and feathered. Being it's a liberal, the media is circling the wagons and Obama and the Dems are acting like her dishonesty and total disregard for safety of the info were just minor slip ups. It was sheer luck that she wasn't hacked. And I don't even know if they are sure about that.

"The FBI has been investigating since last August how classified information made it onto Clinton’s unclassified private server. The investigation is in its final stages and there is no indication criminal charges against anyone are likely, or that classified information was compromised or that the system was actually breached. Clinton’s senior aides have been interviewed by the FBI, and the former Secretary is expected to be interviewed soon.

Clinton’s critics have accused her of endangering national security and intentionally thwarting rules and laws enforcing government transparency. In a statement, her campaign said that "there is no evidence of any successful breach of the Secretary’s server" and that "Clinton’s use of personal email was not unique, and she took steps that went much further than others to appropriately preserve and release her records."

The Federal Records Act requires government officials to comply with rules that they hand over all their work e-mails to their employers when they leave government. Clinton only turned over more than 30,000 pages of work e-mails to the State Department 21 months after she stepped down in 2013.

The State IG report says Clinton responded in person to a top department security official in 2009 after he sent a classified memo to her chief of staff describing the vulnerability of Blackberry devices to hackers. The report also says Clinton received a March 11, 2011 email from the State cyber security team warrning of a "dramatic increase since January 2011 in attempts by [redacted] cyber actors to compromise the private home e-mail accounts of senior Department officials."

Multiple organizations are suing the State Department for access to Clinton’s e-mails, and some claim she intentionally thwarted the Freedom of Information Act in keeping all her work e-mails on her private server. One group, Judicial Watch, has asked a federal judge to subpoena all of Clinton’s e-mails to ensure she isn’t hiding anything. The judge in that case has said he may subpoena all her documents, potentially including any recovered personal e-mails which Clinton sent and received on the system.

Preventing those personal e-mails from becoming public appears to have been a contributing factor in why Clinton set up the private server to begin with, according to one e-mail exchange made public by the State IG report. In November 2010, the report says, Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff emailed her that "we should talk about putting you on state email or releasing your email address to the department." Clinton responded, "Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.""

She did NOT ask permission to use her private email, nor a server.

God I wish people would get their facts straight.

You are stupid.

First of all, I don't care that she didn't ask permission. I was merely pointing out a fact

Second of all, Powell and Rice both conducted government business from their government email (very little in the case of Rice who didn't email much) and used their private email for private email. Entirely different than Clinton using private email exclusively for both government and private emails. At least be honest about that.

Thirdly, if it IS proven that Powell and Rice sent classified material via non secure email. I'm happy to see them charged as well.

Stupid fucking partisan troll.

Oh great Fox News. If Fox says Hillary's in trouble I guess I better believe it! Who cares if they are the source for republican dick sucking politics? They made a video. It must be the truth.

God you people are such pons
I know we will win because of posts like this one. The more desperado the lefty freaks become the angrier they get.:asshole:

idiota inmaduro....Buuuuaaaaahahahahahahaha

The Dems need to do a family intervention, and call crazy Uncle Joe down from the attic, and no Bernie's not one of the family, but he and his supporters can hang out in the basement until they find jobs.

Hillary will never be the President of the United States. Too many people have become sickened by her lies and cover ups.

It's time for HIliary to ask her super delegates to endorse sanders, endorse him her self and drop out. Sorry, but she can't beat donald and is about ready to run against legal problems that will destroy her in the general.

Matthew,

The Email thing is close to done... There will be no charges, not criminal....

If Trump wants to raise transparency, hey where are your tax records...
I find it amazing that the left is more concerned with tax records than they were with a president with no birth certificate or a candidate that was mishandling top secret information.
The left is certainly full of low life scum.

Everything anyone needs to know about the hildabeast is how she performs under pressure… Of sniper fire
LOL

She's toast. Young women don't like her. Possibly Warren can save her tired old crooked azz, but Mass has a gop governor.

Hilly may lose Cali...
But of course the Libs will have a positive spin on it.
I don't think she loses CA to Trump. To Bernie? Probably.

Her problem is numbers. She and Trump both are pretty well poison with the white under 30 crowd. That is a little surprising to me with females. Tex, and Miss have regulated abortion out of legality, if a law is upheld in the SC. 4 now will vote to uphold. OK has passed a law overturning Roe, and Ind I believe is prosecuting a woman who induced her own late term abortion. I think what the polls show though is that reactionary states like these are in the minority, and young women nationwide don't vote like their moms, who remember pre-Roe.

Trump will kill her with older white males. Whites are still like 2/3 of the electorate. She'll need big turnouts with latinos and blacks.
