Trump definitely is not an exerciser--he's fat--and you have to wonder if he's doing cocaine or other drugs to do this. Many people have noticed this--an it's an habitual habit--not just occasionally. Even when he speaks he often acts like he is high on something.

I am certain that General Kelly was installed in this position--in an effort to control Trump. Clearly that hasn't worked. Kelly hates Trump--and turned down this position has chief of staff twice, before someone bent his arm.
