If it goes to the Supreme Court, I guess it could be an Article II issue.

Something like Governors, Judges and State Election Boards making up or changing laws before the election.
Article II of the Constitution is pretty clear that the State Legislature is the only body that can write or adapt Election Law.

There's no such thing as an "overnight dump." That's just yet another rightarded conspiracy plot cultists invent to make them feel better about losing an election. In reality, some states are not legally allowed to start counting mail-in ballots until after election day is over. They keep mail-in ballots separate from in-person ballots which are tabulated throughout the day. Once they can legally start counting mail-in ballots, they bring in those ballots to be counted.
