How Does a Grand Jury Work?

Only a Grand Jury can make the decision to go to trial
a prosecutor can take a case to trial if they believe they have enough evidence,,

in fact most cases are through a prosecutor not a GJ,,

Yep. A prosecutor (especially a corrupt psychopath prosecutor) may often ignore a grand jury and just do whatever the fuck they want.

For example, the case of Kyle Rittenhouse. The grand jury refused to indict him because the prosecutor simply no case. It was clearly a case of self-defense.

But the extremely corrupt piece of shit lying leftist scumbag Democrat faggot pedophile prosecutor indicted that boy and took Kyle to trial anyways. And then repeatedly lied to the trial jury. Damn near everything he said was a fucking ridiculous lie.

That's one of the reasons I think ALL lawyers in a criminal trial should be sworn under oath to tell the truth. And if they commit perjury, the MANDATORY minimum sentence should be at least the maximum sentence the defendant was facing.

Or just immediately take them in front of the courthouse and lynch them in public.
