So....in this case, background checks did not work, waiting periods did not work, gun registration would not work, magazine limits would not work......

Universal background checks would not have stopped this sale......

this felon who was not allowed to buy, own, or carry a gun was captured by police after he murdered a bunch of people.......when he was asked..."Hey...where did you get these illegal guns.....?"

He told them, they then arrested the seller......

South Carolina man charged with buying guns for serial killer

When speaking to Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office investigators on Nov. 6, 2016, Kohlhepp mentioned Lawson by name and told police Lawson had bought the guns for him. Once he had the firearms is his possession, the killer told investigators he “modified the hell out of them,” using instructions he found on the internet.

. So this guy was smart at thwarting the system, but it doesn't negate the effectiveness of the total program in which includes the things you mentioned first. There will always be people who are extra smart in life, and they are able to do things most can't do, but we still have to have laws based upon those who use their smarts to do bad things, and to use our systems to hide their bullcrap within the loop holes they find in it all.

How "extra smart" do you have to be to figure this out? You find someone who needs money and can pass a background check, and you pay them to buy you a gun. This ain't rocket science, and there are plenty of folks who fit that bill and just don't give a damn about the consequences.

Granny says, "Dat's right...

... dey had to get `em from somewheres...

... same goes fer crazy peoples."

The common street thug gets past current, federal background checks.....they don't have to register their illegal guns and they will get whatever magazine they want...and they don't have to be intellectual giants to get these things done...They don't need loopholes, they just break the fucking law....

. Does that make you mad when they break the law ??????? If so do you just throw your hands up in the air, and then just give up (or) do you find out how they broke the law, close the loop holes, strength the law, and/or create a new law if the old one is useless in a society that is changing at an alarming rate these days ??? Best to be the author of the change instead of sitting there defending something if it's not working anymore. Would you not agree ??

. If weren't so PC in this country, we wouldn't have the criminals armed at the rates in which they have been armed these days. Taking the guns from the criminals is actually restricted by the liberals, and the majority of the citizens are being highly abused by this bullcrap. A surge in some areas is actually needed, but the PC crowd would turn any moves against law enforcement if any such thing was planned or implemented.

You`re not making even a tiny bit of sense. PC? Blaming the liberals for arming these idiots? WTF is wrong with you?
