This literally means "Happy Holidays" and is usually used for Jewish festivals. Christmas in Hebrew is Khag HaMolad (חג המולד), so theoretically (I've never heard it) one could say Khag Molad Sameakh (חג מולד שמח).

Simha - happiness /joy.
Or you can also go for Hag Sameakh which means Happy Holiday.
