How do Israeli's wish Christians a Merry Christmas?

Only if your talking to Mo, otherwise it's mo'adim Lesimkha
This literally means "Happy Holidays" and is usually used for Jewish festivals. Christmas in Hebrew is Khag HaMolad (ื—ื’ ื”ืžื•ืœื“), so theoretically (I've never heard it) one could say Khag Molad Sameakh (ื—ื’ ืžื•ืœื“ ืฉืžื—).

Arabic is Eid Al Milad Al Majeed

In Hebrew, we mostly just say "Chag Sameach", without mentioning the holiday. Same with Jewish holidays.

Its Moadim Lesimha -
Moadim - times/holidays.
Le - to.
Simha - happiness /joy.
Or you can also go for Hag Sameakh which means Happy Holiday.
