How Dem House of Rep's Can Finish Off Republicans in 2020

You can't force anybody into resignation that did nothing wrong other than the fact you don't like him.

Except we know he did something wrong. He conspired with someone to pay a couple of women for their silence, and then submitted falsified documents about it.

You guys insisted on impeaching Clinton for a lot less.

Except it's not illegal to payoff people BEFORE you decide to run for office. It's another ghost chase that like all the others, end up nowhere. But they do draw you to their web sites and sell you a lot of papers.

Except that's not what happened. He paid off Daniels and McDougal DURING the campaign... in fact, they were paid right after the "Grab them by the Pussy" tape came out, because man, the last thing they wanted was that coming out.

If he's done it before, the case can be made that it wasn't campaign related. Lawyers can be very creative.

You keep hoping that, buddy.

But he didn't pay Stormy when he fucked her, he paid her when he was desperate to avoid more bad news for his campaign.

It's not a stretch to believe Trump has made a practice of buying silence from gold digging bimbos. He's about as faithful as Bubba Clinton and JFK, and a vengeful wife could cost him a lot.

Again, you go with that, buddy... you go with that.

His motives are immaterial... The fact is, he did violate the law by paying these ladies off when he did and not reporting it as a campaign expense. Cohen and Pecker and his own recordings clearly show his main concern was how it would effect his election chances, not the reaction of his Mail Order Bride.

If Trump didn't make the pay off from campaign funds there was no violation of campaign finance laws.

Democrat socialists are trying to make every dime a candidate has campaign funds.

See the decision in the John Edwards case for how it really works.

Lawyers can be very creative, and our opinions of whether what he did violated campaign finance laws matter about as much as our opinions about Bubba's impeachment, that is to say, diddly squat. I'm just pointing out a possible defense that he may or may not use if it gets to that point.

Derpashitz didn't think OJ was guilty, either.

Neither did the jury. Let's face reality. Not a single one of us has the whole story nor do we have the legal expertise to make a substantive declaration on Trump's guilt or innocence.

That being said, it is rather fun watching the lemmings dash from issue to issue, every single time absolutely convinced that this is it, this is the one that's finally going to get him. Then they slink away, only to pop up with the next one, pretending their hopes hadn't been dashed just the week before.

Not from a legal standpoint which is his expertise.

You know, you leftists are hard headed. It may be slightly understandable if we present evidence against your assertions from the right such as Fox news or talk radio, but we even give you a known leftists point of view, and you're still in denial, just like that NYT article I gave you on the housing bubble.

Alan Dershowitz is a left-leaning Harvard law professor that specializes in the Constitution and criminal law. He is called upon to opine on cases just like Trump's from the media on both sides. If he says something on a legal point of view, I respect that opinion over a blogger on USMB.

But even at the worst case scenario, let's say Trump was knowledgable of the payoff, it's still not against the law. And even if it was considered a campaign law violation, it's only punishable by a fine.

Kids these days. All about their feelings. If they're mad about something, it's illegal. If they like it, it's legal. The law doesn't matter.

He can try it, but it wouldn't pass the laugh test.

The main reason why Clinton survived Monica-gate was that Monica fell on her sword for him. Cohen and Daniels and Pecker aren't going to fall on their swords for this guy.

Oh, quite the contrary... it's pretty clear what he did and why, and we all know his sleazy history...

More like, which horse is going to cross the finish line first. The thing about the Orange Shitgibbon is he can't help himself.

Honestly, I don't wait for anyone to tell me what to think like you do.. left or right.

Allen Derpashitz has gotten people HE KNOWS DID MURDERS off on legal technicalities. That is what make him an absolute piece of shit.

You want to go into "right and left", I think more in terms of "right and wrong'.

OJ did murder his wife. He should have been punished for it Period. This ain't complicated buddy.

Trump did fuck porn stars and then illegally paid them off to buy their silence. This ain't complicated, buddy.

Trump will veto it. There is no way he will allow himself or his criminal family pay more taxes. Not gonna happen.
And that is rhe point. Trump and Republicans will deny citizens a tax break for selfish greedy reasons. The only way Americans will get a break is by getting rid of Trump and Republicans.

Guess what Dumb Ass?

nancy and chuck want to raise our taxes.

House Democrat's can finish off Republicans in both the Senate and House of Rep's and take back rhe White House opening an opportunity to pack federal courts, including the Supreme Court with overwhelming liberal judges.

Tax reform can change America in one masterful plan. All the House must do is propose large tax cuts for the middle and lower tax brackets and eliminate all the breaks and loopholes going to the super high upper-income folks and obscenely rich. America will love the plan and flock to the voting polls.

Guess what else Dumb Ass?

There wont be any vacancy’s on the court for

a long while after Trump stacks the court…

Bite on that Dip Shit..

Honestly, I don't wait for anyone to tell me what to think like you do.. left or right.

I would strongly disagree with you based on your past posts. The reason you think the way you do is because you refuse to listen to anything or anybody that is in conflict of your hopes and dreams. Either that or you refuse to read or listen to them. You just believe anything the MSM tells you to believe.

Unless you provide the video or transcript, I have no idea what he said. But based on what he has said in the past, he was likely giving a legal opinion--not a personal one. We all know OJ killed his wife and lover, but the question would be was there enough evidence to convict him on it?

And that's what matters with Trump, just not to them. Feelings trump everything.

It would be hilarious to see their reactions if none of these actually impact Trump.
