It has become a loophole in our laws that hinders the country's ability to establish and enforce a reasonable immigration policy that successfully prioritizes the well being of the country and our citizens.
The fundamental concept that the citizenship clause attempted to address is a generally correct and proper one, but many people nowadays abuse and pervert in ways never intended.
