Published On: Dec 15 2012 WASHINGTON (CNN) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sustained a concussion after becoming dehydrated and fainting, and will no longer testify Thursday before the House Foreign Affairs Committee on the deadly attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

Clinton had been suffering from a stomach virus at the time, according to a statement on Saturday from Philippe Reines, deputy assistant secretary of state.

She is being monitored by doctors and is recovering at home. She was never hospitalized, Reines said.

People with concussions are usually hospitalized. She is lying through her teeth!

As you have been informed numerous times the phone situation is a lot of phony baloney. It started during the Reagan Administration and was again bolstered during the Bush II administration. The "free" money, "free" food and the "free" phones are paid for by taxpayers like me and definitely not you. I do not like my tax dollars going into the pocket of someone I do not know. Nevertheless, these programs provide jobs and stimulate the economy. While I am not in favor of these programs I do not share your negativity about the future of the country in which I live.

I usually vote Republican, and I am one of the world's greatest skeptics; however, I acknowledge that sometimes people get ill. Remember, Hillary ain't a spring chicken anymore.

I am not a fan of Hillary Clinton, but if she says she is too ill to testify, I have no legitimate basis for doubting her.

And yet romney led in polls a week before the election and would have won if chris christie hadn't stabbed him in the back. The GOP message is sound. We are the party of working white people. Dems are the party of welfare minorities.
