Her remarks, delivered in Harlem, were centered around what Mrs. Clinton called a “Breaking Down Barriers” agenda that would disproportionately help in “places where people of color and the poor have been left out and left behind.” And she particularly named “places like Harlem and rural South Carolina.”

That's not Reparations, that is trying to help the poor which consist in part of minorities. Also those minorities are not all blacks.

Why the need to lie, she never mentioned reparations. I despise Hillary, but also despise the dishonest comments about what she said as well.

She specifically said she wanted to help people of color and she said it in a black neighborhood, she is pandering to blacks as usual.

She said poor as well as colored which colored isn't just black. Minority's include other races other than blacks

And she does not mean white poor as evidenced by how and what and where she said it.,

Sounds like a plan. Before I can support it, how is it going to be measured? How many cronies and bureaucrats need to get paid? Can the plan be constructed to mitigate corruption? Can we insure that administrators don't use any part of that $125B for trips and home furniture?

Seen it with my own two eyes in my younger days. A lot of poor white folks in my part of the country... felons, single mothers...a slew of those...they'd rather have the cash than the food.

Extended families get together and pool their benefits so they can sell part of their EBT and WIC at 50 cents on the dollar. When they went from paper food stamps to cards, they just get a shopping list from whomever they are selling to, do the shopping and take a receipt to the buyer, who pays half the final balance in cash. Often used the cash for alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. Probably three quarters of my friends back then were convicted felons and/or hooked on meth.
