It's quite interesting. He is saying that you need a human cell to make other human cells. You can't make human cells from nothing.

Well he is saying that it doesn't matter how many million years you wait, you can't make a human cell from nothing. The first cell had to be created. The odds of a cell coming into existence through chance are to high.
