The standard Ds believe that the groping gaffe machine graft-Grabbing Biden will lead the Ds to victory and Therefore the impeachment insurance policy will keep Berne, Warren and Bloomberg from "stealing" the nomination and they plus the other also rans have gifted the Trump campaign with the greatest attack/comedic ads imaginable .

I don't think the Dems ever had a chance, because of the low quality of their candidates. But I agree, this impeachment is an attempt to solidify Biden's nomination -- even though it is his corruption that the whole impeachment is supposedly about!
