Harvard Law Begs Students To Work For Trumps Judges, But There Are No Takers

Yes it will turn out well, there are a lot of conservative law school students from other Law Schools to choose from
Cool whining! But a lot of these students are conservatives, and even Republicans. Among educated people, Trump is something to be scraped off of your shoe.

25% of all circuit court judges have now been appointed by president Trump.

There's going to be ALOT of unemployed lawyers out there :)

  • According to Bloomberg News, Harvard Law School is begging its students and alumni to apply for clerkships with four recently confirmed right-wing federal judges appointed by President Donald Trump, after nobody in their network submitted any applications.
Harvard Law begs students to work for Trump’s judges — but there are no takers: report

This is going to turn out well.
You must live under a rock since there are 100's of other law schools
Wake Forest has one lol

Another way of looking at it is that the graduating lawyers can make a lot more money in a big law firm than scraping by working for a judge.
The Trump economy is hitting on all cylinders.

Liberal loon elitist Harvard isn't the center of the academic world.

There are many students at other top tier universities who would love to work for a Trump appointed federal judge. ..

But that is silly, as they will make more money and be more likely to get hired with a better resume, as evidenced by the fact that they do clerk for judges.

Try as you might, you are not going to get around the fact that the stink of Trump is why this is happening.

And the next justice department will vet them all and watch them closely, then recommend many for impeachment.

Keep dreaming, especially for the day when Trump appoints Amy Coney Barrett for RBG's seat.
Then Trump will probably replace Breyer since he's 81.
Lastly, Justice Thomas will retire and have Trump replace him with a nice young conservative, as Thomas' final FU to the democrats and Biden.

You are trying to connect dots to Trump where there are no dots. The students can work for whoever they want, they are not the only labor pool available to judges. The "Trump" judges are victims of liberal bias, from the OP link:
"Progressives decry the appointments, partly over the ratings, while conservatives defend them as qualified and call the ABA review process biased toward liberals even though virtually all Trump judges have received favorable marks from the group."

Yes it will turn out well, there are a lot of conservative law school students from other Law Schools to choose from without contaminating the judges offices with liberal Ivy League larvae.

I wish I were the optimist that you are.

No law school teaches that the Constitution is more important than caselaw.

Keep grasping!

The takeaway for me from reading the OP link is that the Harvard students are so indoctrinated as liberals that they do not want to work for conservative Trump appointed judges?! As you said, what is taught in schools eventually becomes policy. (paraphrased)

I couldn't agree more. Containment of the Liberal virus to Liberal only judges. That's perfect. :113:
