Obama takes the money from the Health Insurance Companies, who were being overpaid by Medicare Advantage, and fills the Medicare donut hole with that money, so he is actually increasing Medicare benefits. It was Lyin' Ryan's first budget that took money from Medicare and applied it to debt reduction. So basically lyin' Ryan was following the first quote in my sig.

You can't handle the truth. The GOP own 13 trillion of the Republican National Debt which is the sum total o the debt run up by Reagan, Bush I and Bush II plus the interest on their debt and the carryover of their policies, like the 2 Bush wars and the unfunded Medicare Part D, that we are still paying for after Bush destroyed the economy.
