Holy shit I have never saw someone dance so much as graham just did. He contradicted him self three times. You can be held if you are deemed a terrorist but if the courts ruled that. If you are held on those charges how can you go to court when this bill keeps you from going to court?

I can't view the video but in another thread the other day I had a link up right from the New York Times where basically Graham is saying "screw you we can charge you and you don't get a lawyer".

My brain starts exploding going this guys a freaking elected Senator? And no one but Rand and Ron and a few others are calling him and McCain on this bullshit?

This should be an outrage. But all except for the few I've mentioned and amen to them, all I'm hearing are crickets.

And I don't like that sound of silence. Not at all.
