Telling someone "you gonna die" is NOT a death threat. She was arrested for saying sandy hook was a hoax, something even the FBI has admitted.

Woman Accused of Sandy Hook Death Threat Pleads Not Guilty

dec 19 2016 A Florida woman accused of threatening a parent of one of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting pleaded not guilty in federal court today.

“You gonna die, death is coming to you real soon,” Lucy Richards wrote, according to the indictment. “Death is coming to you real soon and nothing you can do about it,” Richards allegedly wrote in another.

Richards, who arrived at the court in Fort Lauderdale using a walker, was released on $25,000 bond. She told Judge Barry Seltzer that she is on disability and has not been employed since 2004. She was represented by a public defender.

Among the conditions of Richards’ release from custody is that she stay off websites that promote the notion that the Sandy Hook school shooting in 2012 was a hoax and other false conspiracy theories.

Her trial is expected to begin in a month.

Richards was arrested Dec. 7 in Tampa on four felony counts of transmitting threats to the father of 6-year-old who died in the mass shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.

And we still have idiots who think we aren't losing our " Free Speech".

There is a free speech right to threaten to kill others?

The families of these dead children have suffered incredibly including having their own lives and the lives of their surviving children threatened.

Taking these insane conspiracy theorists out to the town square and horsewhipping them is too mild.

Found this :
The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program defines murder and nonnegligent manslaughter as the willful (nonnegligent) killing of one human being by another. The classification of this offense is based solely on police investigation as opposed to the determination of a court, medical examiner, coroner, jury, or other judicial body. The UCR Program does not include the following situations in this offense classification: deaths caused by negligence, suicide, or accident; justifiable homicides; and attempts to murder or assaults to murder, which are scored as aggravated assaults.

So I guess that just leaves what the locals classify it as.

If the official story on sandy hook, is true, those deaths would clearly qualify as murder then.
