The Affordable Care Act finally made it clear that neither elected officials, nor federal bureaucrats, are required to tell Americans anything in advance any more than corporate executives and business owners have to tell the workforce anything.
Supporters of the TransPacific Partnership say the text of the agreement needs to kept secret because if the public knew what was in it they’d oppose it.
It used to be that executives running private sector companies could at least be charged with a crime when they betrayed the country. Somewhere along the way executives in the private sector, and in government entities, acquired the authority to commit treason with impunity:

The landmark decision Marbury v. Madison gave the Supreme Court the power to strike down laws passed by Congress or the states. Obamatrade gives the U.N. the same power, and more – the power to overrule even the Supreme Court.

Nothing is going force private sector executives to seek decision-making authority from the workforce or from investors. Americans do have one slim chance to turn it around in the government sector. Every politician running for office should be required to detail exactly what they stand for. I’m not talking about the usual garbage they all spout in campaign rhetoric. Example of a good question:
Will you veto the TPP?
Leading Republican wannabes regurgitate promises the American people do not want kept, and they make promises as though they express the wishes of the American people. They are not a bit different than was the Chicago sewer rat who detailed his governing philosophy in three words. “Hope and Change.” To be fair he kept his promises when he betrayed the country at every opportunity. Put his rhetoric in perspective:
1. He gave millions of illegal aliens welfare state programs so they can become loyal Americans.
2. He gave Americans socialized medicine.
3. He gave Americans diseases.
4. He gave more of America’s independence to the United Nations than did all of the other Democrat president since 1945.
5. He gave Iran WMD.

According to numerous military experts, the secrets that American traitors gave to the KGB shortly after WW II ended put Soviet Union nuclear technology ahead by 10 to 25 years. The complexion of the Cold War would have been entirely different had Soviet Communists remained where they should have been.
At the very least, Soviets minus their jumpstart, America would have had the time and resources to overpower Soviet aggression. With that in mind it became obvious that ratifying New START also advanced Communism’s position by 10 to 25 years at the same time it checked America’s own self-defense technology. Putin is now cashing in on all of it.
Bottom line: UN-loving traitors slowing Iran down by ten years does nothing to nothing to write home about, and that is assuming Iran will not renege on Taqiyya’s deal long before the ten years is up.
All thing considered, everything the sewer rat promised ended up punishing every private sector American to one degree or another irrespective of his oath of office required by the Constitution:

Finally, ask yourself exactly how UN-loving traitors in government would govern today if they knew they run the risk of being hanged for treason? Admittedly, the risk is minimal based on something I’ve said many, many, times.
No American official betraying this country on the UN’s behalf can be prosecuted for treason. In addition to the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945, the sneaks who got this country into the UN knew what they were doing when they designed a foundation that is a masterpiece of betrayal. A foundation that would withstand every challenge when their descendants carried on. Treason became legal the minute the US became a member in an underhanded organization that was, and is, determined to tear down America. Only Americans with hatred in their hearts could design something like that.
