Affirmative action sucks and is a recipe for disaster. Not to mention it is racist.

When I did hiring as an Engineering Director in an aerospace company I always ignored the company's AA and racial quota goals. Glad I did. It was the right thing to do.



Everyone agrees that affirmative action in the NBA would ruin basketball, and affirmative action in the NFL would ruin football. Turns out that affirmative action in engineering & medicine has a similar effect: this should surprise no one.
