I remember a lot of men in my family back then, had two sizes of engine belts........one for winter and one for summer.
The winter belt was smaller, just for engine use. The summer belt was larger for use with running the AC unit, so you didn't overtax the AC compressor, as they were expensive to repair. This is why you don't see the belt running over the AC compressor.

Today, you could rent out the trunk of this vehicle as an economy apartment!!!

I love cars with fins. Always have.

Even my granny did. She traded in her black and white finned Chevy for a 1969 Chevy Nova. She regretted getting rid of the one with fins.
