Red Flag laws are unconstitutional as they deprive the people of basic rights before any Due Process.

IMHO, if someone has their guns deprived by a Red Flag law, and they are subsequently the victim of crime, the party responsible for confiscating their weapons is a co-conspirator in the crime that could have been stopped.

False! All a judge has to do is determine if someone is a danger to others or themselves. I do not want those people walking around with loaded guns.

And the judge bases this decision on what exactly?

Why stop with guns, anyways? If they're a "danger to themselves and others" shouldn't we take their knives? Bats? Golf clubs? What about his car? You never know, he might decide to run down a crowd of people... better take that too.
