The Republican National Committee has a website, which tries to assail the Obama Adminstration and set forth an alternative system of values and beliefs. For example, like the Tea Partiers, The GOP is pro-free-market as follows:
"Free markets keep people free: The Republican Party is supportive of logical business regulations that encourage entrepreneurs to start more businesses so more individuals can enjoy the satisfaction and fruits of self-made success!"
The Tea Partiers are heavily in the fruits, as well. . . .or something. So the free market is regulated(?), and along the recent mortgage-bank model. You walk-in, claim you want to start a business, and apparently you get the means: No Questions asked! Anyone knows that the Bush Adminstration did bank regulation.
Actually, the GOP has no interest whatsoever in free markets, if anyone missed the point. Probably they intend Socialism with a more giving kind of face, like BofA mortgages, Chase Mortgages, Wells Fargo mortgages, and on and on worldwide.
--On Obama, they lampoon the fact that Joe Biden had promised all kinds of Construction jobs, noting that instead there have been nearly 750,000 construction jobs lost since the Stimulus began. Actually, 1,900,000 construction jobs have been lost since the Bush Great Recession began, and most of them due to GOP, since December, 2007! We have a Bureau of Labor Statistics, now! They keep track!
--On Obama, the jobs lost since the Great Recession began in December, 2007, is over 8,400,000. Since the "Stimulus That Hasn't Worked," was signed: The post-stimulus portion of that is cited by GOP as being 2,800,000. Two thirds of the job losses are pre-Obama-Biden, 1/3 of all the job losses is post Obama-Biden, of the famous Stimulus.
--On Obama, manufacturing was supposed to increase, Shrieks GOP. In fact, in January, 2010, the halt of manufacturing job losses came out to be plus 11,000. Temp Help employment overall, which didn't bottom until September, 2009--Seven months into the Stimulus, and counting--had increased by January, 2010, to an overall increase of 247,000. Temp Help is where recovery tends to start, and that is 1/4 of one million jobs: In the private sector!
--On Obama, the GOP claims that the law professor lied, saying "The Stimulus would keep the unemployment at or below an 8% level. Instead it came down from 10% in January to at or below the 9.7% level. See again, the increase of Temp Help first: In the private sector! The federal government's own temp help, census-takers, are a separate category. And as for law professors, who expects anything other than a lie to begin with(?)! The GOP is really that stupid! The law is not on the people's side. We have fixed percentage COLA's, now! They never discuss it.
--On Obama, the GOP claims that the law professor lied even again, that 3.5 mil. jobs created by the end of 2010 should have happened already. They are crazier than they look in person!
--On Obama, the GOP claims that one month, some of the stimulus money was spent overseas on strange, esoteric technology not available in the United States. Instead of high-paying jobs being created in the United States, they were being created overseas! At Bureau of Labor Statistics, the last 12 months of hourly earnings--Obama-Biden created--are actually an increase at the 2.0% level for the year!
Senator Scott Brown, of course, is famous for his political expertise in Centerfold things. The GOP critique of Obama-Biden is so old that anyone can guess that their new battle cry will be "Beliefs You Can Change Into: Just like when you were little!" By that, anyone guesses, they will actually mean, "Really, Really Little!"
In the modern era of information technologies, the GOP has gone on record as truly being out of date, already!
Anyone might have guessed this when Senator McCain first introduced Governor Palin to the national stage. Apparently she didn't have anything to wear, either!
