He hasn't gotten nearly the amount of credit that he should. Does anyone remember the 1990's when the United Nations stood by and watched a massacre in Rwanda? Or how about U.S. Army soldiers court martialed because they refused to be assigned to U.N. duty? Hate for this evil, godless organization waxed hot.
But today?
Today you hardly hear at all from them. The pygmies still gather in that building in New York, but they are no longer a player on the world stage because of George W. Bush. They fell into strong disfavor in our dealings with Iraq when scandals surfaced revealing their corruption in administering the Food for Oil program. When we were attacked on 9/11, the United Nations was pushed aside, an obstacle and a useless one at that, as a player in bringing the battle to the enemy.
Nobody talks about the United Nations. We've gotten to the point we ought to start considering that they aren't worth keeping around, that the brown pygmies should be sent back home and the building they occupy should be sold to the highest bidder.
The United Nations is dead, and George W. Bush killed it. God bless him.
Oh yeah!
