Would it be possible to have the funds stay in the USA and a person or persons in charge of those funds to distribute to truckers needs, i.e. house payments, rent, food, etc paid from the USA in the name of the trucker applying for funds from that person/persons? Sort of like an administrator handling it all on THIS side of the border? It doesn't go to banks over there..it goes to the truckers needs individually per quota of those needs.
