The first goal of the new President is to get rid of the dependence of the western world. Once the goodwill of the West has expired, his presidency faces its end. To avoid that inevitability, the President must disable the West´s power tool "Steam". Therefore, the President performs a right-click on Tropico 3 in the Steam library and chooses "View CD Key". Thereafter, he notes down that key somewhere. Once done, he opens the Steam folder, for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common
The President has to save the Tropico 3 folder, that is located in the common folder, for domestic execution of the application.
After the President has placed the Tropico 3 folder somewhere, he downloads his scientist´s latest secret weapon from here: MEGA
Then he replaces the western manipulated tropico3.exe with the one he downloaded. The President now got rid of western blackmail threat. He just has to execute the tropico3.exe and at the first time he does like that, he has to enter the serial taken from Steam.
If he did not launch the application before, he might has to install DirectX and Microsoft Redistributable, both located in Tropico 3\redist folder.
