The state of Georgia was listing dates out of order so as to give the impression of a downward trend in coronavirus cases. And it happened several times.
Republican governor Brian Kemp's office has apologized:
 
meanwhile, in their neighboring state of South Carolina, they have changed the state motto from "while i breathe i hope" to "i hope i'm breathing"
