Gay groups challenge HIV criminalization laws

Check this out, the internationalists want non disclosure of HIV to be decriminalized.

Can anyone take a guess as to why the mother fucking liberals would do something as insane as this?

Perhaps if more people were infected they would be more reliant on government?

Nondisclosure of HIV status should be decriminalized, UN report says | Toronto Star

You ask why. This is why.

Do you need more?

Yeah, figures, especially since HIV will mutate and the drugs will be useless. But lots of liberal darling groups would be disproportionately impacted. You'd figure they would wnat more equality in culling the population.

Sad how gays don't consider other peoples health. Some people really are short sighted morons.

You saw my topic on them wanting to allow gay men to donate blood? Despite the hiv testing limitations, 2 weeks to 6 months for HIV to show up in the testing, they are demanding they be allowed to do it.

Now if this becomes law, you could deliberately donate blood knowing you are HIV positive, infect someone, and not face any legal consequences for it.

Liberals are become criminals in their deviancy.

There has never been a human phenomenon like the gay bug catchers and gift givers. Imagine London during the Black Plague and a group of people who did everything they could to spread the disease. It would have been unthinkable. It should still be unthinkable, but it isn't. Gays have finally reached the point where they are demanding that the entire world show how much they love them by being willing to die for them.

What do these activists want? They want to remove the laws mandating that the HIV positive have to disclose their status to a potential partner. They want to be able to legally transmit AIDS without even warning someone that they have it.

UN and Planned Parenthood seek to decriminalize willful HIV infection | LifeSiteNews.com

NEW YORK, December 9 (C-FAM) - A new campaign seeks to eliminate disclosure laws which require HIV positive individuals to inform their sex partners of their potentially deadly infection.

The campaign is led by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and UNAIDS, an umbrella group of UN agencies. Notably absent from this campaign is any recognition of the danger posed for the possible victims of a willful refusal to disclose HIV status.

What's insane, is not screening blood for HIV, and any other virus for that matter, PERIOD. Really? ANY person can carry the HIV virus..no matter sexual orientation. A heterosexual ex-IV drug addict could go donate HIV+ or Hep C infected blood without being truthful about his/her past or even knowing that they are even infected.

The laws mandating disclosure aren't limited to gays but apply to anyone that is HIV positive. Gays just have AIDS in larger proportions than other groups.

If a person knowingly donates blood, aware that he/she is HIV+, that's on their conscience. If the lab techs, who are supposed to screen the blood BEFORE it is shipped to any place needing blood, did not do their job and make certain that it was clean and healthy blood, then they should be held accountable for the transfer of infected blood to a person who received it. Not saying that Joe Blow shouldn't be held accountable either, gay or not...he should be, and prosecuted to the fullest extent, as well as making the public aware of WHO he is..IF he was indeed aware that he was infected and purposely tried to infect another, in any way.

You have your topics mixed up. There is a thread about blood screening. This thread is about repealing disclosure laws that mandate that a person who is HIV positive has to tell potential sexual partners about their status.

Oops. I am trying to multitask this morning...I still stand that if a person is fully aware, and does not tell that he/she is HIV+ and knowingly infects another should be prosecuted to the fullest extent, and the public made aware of WHO he/she is by name and address...and should be made to register as a sex offender.

But... but... but... hasn't the LGBT community been telling us for years now, that HIV is not predominantly a Gay-related issue?

If so, then why do they care about it, one little bit more or less than any other segment of the population - much less enough to take the lead on the issue?

Or is it just that they're oh-so-more-caring than everybody else (including all those goddamned insensitive Straight Folk) and bleed from the heart over this? :doubt:

I have no basis in fact for making this statement - it's just a long-standing perception - but aren't most HIV-triggered spread-the-disease laws actually more generic than just HIV?

If someone knows they have a life-threatening highly communicable disease and they consciously engage in 'interface activities' ( :D ) without informing a partner in advance prior to 'interface decision time' and that partner contracts the disease too...

Then the Typhoid Mary or Larry in question deserves severe punishment... up to and including murder or homocide or reckless endangerment or battery charges or similar, and lots of jail time or whatever the jury decides...

I cast my metaphorical vote for "No Repeal"... sorry.

They are prosecuted for attempted murder, or murder if the person they infected dies. That's the law they want to repeal.

And that's bullshit...they (gays and anyone who is knowingly infected) may as well be allowed to wield a butcher knife and stab another without consequence.
