Judge: Employers Don't Have To Cover HIV Meds If They Oppose 'Homosexual Behavior'

Here’s how it works:

People pay into an insurance plan. The insurance company takes a certain amount of money each paycheck for each employee participating in the plan.

The employees under the plan use their insurance coverage to pay for medications and treatment.

Sometimes said coverage includes covering prescription medication.

People who get meds paid for by their employer’s insurance aren’t getting “free” meds. They *paid* into the insurance plan same as you.

How is any of this unconstitutional?

The unconstitutional part is the Govt requiring certain things be covered.

The unconstitutional part is Govt(*) handing our tax dollars to giant corporations in our names..
Giant corporations that provide zero heath care(**). Obamacare, and increasingly Medicare, hand our tax dollars to massive entities that literally exist to get in the way and deny us the decent health "coverage" advertised. Their profit is our loss.

{(*) meaning our bought and paid for "representatives"
(**) okay, so a handful at most still provide both.}

And, that extra coverage costs everyone more money in premium payments. Get it, now?
