Freddie Gray: Accused officers have wide range of experience

I found it odd that the black female officer was hired in 2010...and ALREADY has made Sergeant. In police world...thats FAST. VERY FAST. Its a rank thats usually a decade or more of experience. .at least at bigger departments.

Shes either an incredibly smart officer....or....um...got promoted some other way.

How could a black female Sergeant. ..with only 5 years experience so obviously she must be VERY smart...make such a dumb mistake?

OR...was she unjustly promoted. ..and thus...made the mistake.

The Sergeant is the most intriguing.

Shes a black female. And a Sergeant. And only been there since 2010. VERY fast promotion.

Shes either VERY smart to move up that fast...or...she was moved up for...um...other reasons.

She was a supervisor who witnessed the situation halfway through.

So....

If shes VERY smart...how could she not see the problem and fix it?

But...if she was a...um...social promotion. ..then that just bit them in the ass because a seasoned sergeant wouldn't have let that medical emergency continue.

Which is it?

Woman are being promoted all over the place just because they're woman. Stupid but hey, that is the ways of the left.

And it just bit em in the ass.

A veteran sergeant would se d EMS immediately when a suspect is having medical problems. Thats learned from experience. ...of why CYA works.

She was a social justice promotion. Had no business being a Sergeant at that early in career.
