I have no clue what they use in the way of employment benefits, ect. over there so wouldn't venture to guess what he should do. It does look like from a distance though that the people voted him in to do their will and the people do not look very happy over there. The cost that is excessive here are the insurances and in many cases the demands for benefits are ones that people should be managing for themselves. The theory goes with insurance make high payouts to justify rate raises and then the payouts cease as claims are denied.
