Isn't it just a little bit disturbing even to liberal zombies seeing the (former) daughter of a prominant political show biz couple shot up with hormones and sporting a man made appendage and dancing with a woman on prime time TV? She/he has a right to her/his private life but people also have a right to consider the display as offensive without being called bigots by bigots. I thought they outlawed freak shows.

The funny thing about radical liberals is that they think the 1st Amendment only applies to left wingers who want to use the Flag for toilet paper. They think freedom of speeech only extends to offensive language and deep down inside they want to shut down opposition speech. Parading a prominent trans sexual on a prime time reality show is offensive to a lot of people, probably the majority of Americans and they have a perfect right to call it offensive. Calling a difference of opinion bigotry is bigotry.

We obviously have different understandings of what a bigot is. I'm not sure if rereading my post will help you out at all, but there is a chance you will notice how I stated that the level of media coverage he gets is obnoxious, and more or less annoying to me.

I have to disagree on every level with Ablow on his statement. If a parent actually did do that to a child, THAT is what would catch the child's attention and make them think.

I watched DWTS one season....and never since. It sounds to me as if they are getting either desperate or greedy, making the business decisions they have, searching for viewers. Let them rise or fall on their choices...that is what the free market system is all about.

I like Chaz and wish he would not have wanted to take the gig. I don't want ppl watching him for the wrong reasons. He is a human being, and not a sideshow.

I honestly don't understand this entire thing. This is a television show about dancing. When Bristol Palin was on the show, remember when MSNBC insinuated the show was rigged because they hated her mother so much they couldn't believe people would ever vote for her, and she didn't support a political agenda.

I don't believe this is going to give Chaz Bono some kind of forum to promote the homosexual political agenda. It is a television show, not a class room.

It doesn't offend me, and if my child watches this I don't believe that he will believe anything other than this chubby man can't dance well. Who cares?
