Multiple sources familiar with the investigation tell NBC News Investigations that Paul Manafort's former son-in-law, real estate developer Jeffrey Yohai, has agreed to plead guilty in connection with a criminal investigation in Los Angeles.

Over the past six months Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team have been focusing on Jeffrey Yohai, Manafort's former son-in-law and his partner in four California property deals that failed and were placed in bankruptcy.

It isn't clear at this point whether or not Yohai's plea deal is with the Special Counsel's Office or with federal prosecutors in California.

The criminal information and plea agreement associated with Yohai have yet to be made public which would detail the alleged crimes Yohai admits that he committed and the terms of his cooperation, if applicable.

So is it up to 23 indictments now?

More than just one in prison yet?

This is moving so fast, its hard to keep track.

Fun times.

No wonder the russia thing, whatever it is, has been buried, he has bigger fish to fry, a guy who used to be married to the daughter of a guy that trump knows did something no one is sure of in L.A. and mueller was locked in a death roll with devilish villain and needed the help of the L.A.'s DA office to get a plea bargain out of him...I hear mueller almost didn't survive this encounter.

BTW, I just saw where Rudy said, on fox, 'I doubt trump knew about the meeting at trump tower and if he knew, I doubt he remembers'.

Whose side is this fool on?
