Forget BP. Why hasn't Congress held hearings on Obama's Mineral Management Services?

After all, they gave Safety Awards to Deep Horizon and approved of the events that led up to the disaster. I think it should be appropriate to sit them down in front of a Congressional Hearing to find out what role they played under President Obama and what needs to be changed. Also, it was Obama at his press conference a few weeks back who said he was in charge and responsible. Who agrees with me here?
