Agreed. Legislative accommodation violates equal protection and should have never been endorsed by the Court. If a law is found to violate the First Amendment, it should be invalidated as unconstitutional.

Quite right. And everyone else who owns a business can't discriminate against blacks, Jews, Redheads, left handed people or gays.
