Fly your flags at half staff

The sooner the GOP shakes off the far right extremists, the sooner they might actually have a chance of winning the White House and making a difference. Take a page from Reagan's playbook and learn how to unite instead of divide and we might get somewhere. The divisive voices of poison and hatred are the loudest in the GOP, to the detriment of all.

We can hope. But knowing the way things are going the GOP will nominate Fred Phelps in 2012.
Racist.

Either you're joking or you completely missed the point.

I am joking and I made a point that you missed.

Republicans didn't lose the election. Americans lost the election. We were outvoted by socialists and communists.

Don't fly the flag at half mast. Take it down.

Great nations always commit suicide. That's what we did.

It appears Romney ran a lousy campaign. He lost in Michigan and in his adopted home town of Belmont, MA. He could have done some good, if he were elected, he simply could not convey his message to the everyman.

He refused to tell us what he was going to do

This has been one of my biggest criticisms and concerns.

I was listening to a commentator on a the radio talking about the capital businesses have been holding onto because they did not know what to expect from the election. That is how I felt with Romney what was he going to do if elected.

We've been here before. Circa 1938. A depression from corporate croneyism, big government corruption, a despot in office and evil factions militarizing themselves while we pretend everything is hunky dory.

We just lost thousands if not millions more lives in the upcoming WWIII.

How does it feel to be wrong on virtually all your predictions?

Thank you tail gunner Joe. You're a moron.

Yeah, those war-mongering Democratic administrations. What we need is a good, isolationist administration run by neocons.

:fu:

You better make certain to wear your hard hat every time you walk out the door, just in case the sky falls on you.

It's about time that you wake up and smell the coffee. You sound like Joseph McCarthy. It's really scary where you fanatics are coming from. You'd think a good bitch slapping like you received last night might wake you up, but I have my doubts. Many like you will double down and swear that last night happened because you didn't nominate candidates who were conservative enough.

He thought he could win by taking every side of an issue, deny he said what he said, and just make things up. The American people don't like a phony. George Dubya may have been a pathetic moron, in my opinion, but at least he was able to convince people he had core principles and beliefs.

You can't say things like you don't care about fact checkers, keep running ads that have been debunked, and try to be a shape shifter. You can't support things like the Blunt Amendment and then try to tell people you're in favor of contraception.

I don't see how Romney ran a bad campaign. He did much better than I expected. Romney was just a bad choice by the GOP. BTW, if he had chosen Rubio instead of Ryan, I think he could have pulled it out. The Hispanic vote was much more important than the Catholic vote (which Romney also lost).

Reagan ran up the deficit

Despite that he was a good President.

He had the balls to admit he was wrong, which went a long way. He tossed aside the supply side tax cuts when they didn't work. He was able to admit that, yes, we did trade arms for hostages. He was able to tell the extremists in his party to go pound sand when negotiating with Gorbachev, and gain his trust. I wouldn't say he was a good president, but he had qualities I could respect.

I guess I did. I'm still missing it. Oh well.
We have gone from the Great Decider to the Great Divider. Will the Dems and Obama stop crying racism NOW?

If you believe that this nation is divided because of only one party, you have not yet learned that two do the tango.

I do acknowledge that, but the first priority is winning.
