Link: Teneo, firm with Clinton ties, declines to answer Senate questions

"Teneo, a global consulting firm with ties to White House contender Hillary Clinton, has dismissed a U.S. Senate panel's suggestion that it had undue influence at the State Department when Clinton was the top U.S. diplomat, calling its work in Washington "insignificant" in a letter.

The Republican-led Senate Judiciary Committee has been investigating since 2013 whether Teneo had improper access to the highest levels of U.S. government while Clinton, the favorite to become the Democratic Party's presidential nominee, was secretary of state."

Teneo is only one of quite a few firms and individuals being looked at for potentially having un-due influence on State Department decisions and actions while Hillary Clinton served as secretary of State.

Teneo refused to answer questions about a three-hour meeting at the consulting firm's office in 2012 with Cheryl Mills when she was chief of staff to Clinton at the State Department. Founders and other workers at Teneo have also worked for the Clintons, the State Department, the Clinton Foundation or a combination of the three.

Teneo's connections with the Clintons exemplify to Hillary Clinton's political opponents what they say are her overly close ties to corporations that have paid her and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, for speeches and donated to her family's charities.

Teneo came under scrutiny by the Judiciary Committee as part of its investigation into whether there were any ethics rules broken by the State Department when it granted a waiver to Huma Abedin, who was one of Clinton's closest aides at the department and whose family has ties to terrorists groups, to earn income outside the government. Abedin is now vice chair of Clinton's campaign. For a time in 2012 through early 2013, Abedin simultaneously had four overlapping sources of income: the State Department, Teneo, the Clinton Foundation and Clinton's private office.

Other questionable events / activities include Ukrainian energy mogul Victor Pinchuk. Pinchuk donated millions to the Clinton Foundation, and while she was Secretary of State one of Pinchuk's companies was caught breaking the law by violating sanctions against Iran by providing them with banned goods / equipment. Pinchuk / Pinchuk's company was NEVER punished.

Clinton has pretty much proven that she would sell her own mother into an illegal Mexican sex trade industry is she could get enough money for her. Influence peddling, the 'protection racket', and doing favors in exchange for cash is far more important to Hillary that any Oath of Office.

Republican investigative committees have lost any semblance of credibility. Everyone and anyone asked to participate with this political pandering taxpayer funded group of hacks and other committees like it should proudly give the wanna be gangsters the middle finger.

Coming from YOU, since you ARE so much more intelligent, qualified, 'plugged-in', and have elevated yourself to a position where you deem yourself capable of making this decision official, I could not agree more. Case closed....shut down the thread, no more debate needed.

:lmao:

Sorry, it's Friday....couldn't help myself. :p
