Warning to gun owners: If you ever shoot someone in self-defense don't give statements to the police. There have been cases where people used firearms to defend themselves have been maliciously prosecuted. Submitting to a police interrogation is never a good idea.

Red states have far more gun crime because of their lax gun laws .

The gun crimes in the very deep blue city of Chicago far outweigh those of any red state. While we're at it, how about gun violence in strictly gun-controlled Ontario Canada:
