U.S. District Judge Marvin J. Garbis is the second federal judge to issue a ruling in favor of transgender troops, who challenged the Trump administration’s proposal to oust transgender service members from the military.

The other ruling from Washington, D.C., halted Mr. Trump’s plans to stop accepting transgender troops, but Judge Garbis went further, saying the challengers showed they already are being harmed by the government’s refusal to pay for reassignment treatments.

Enough of this, with Justice Roberts "revising" ACA to be a tax instead of a public health bill, the courts deciding marriage is a right when it's a religious or cultural practice, and now this?

If Cruz and other Constitutionalists won't call judges out on this, maybe we should start a fundraising campaign to PAY people to write up lawsuits complaining and suing over this garbage. Only if enough people speak out, and start RAISING MONEY, then will anyone take it seriously.

When I asked around where all the Constitutional lawyers were who might be willing to sue the govt for the unconstitutional ACA mandates, most law firms either weren't that into the Constitutional arguments or couldn't afford the costs it would take. It took Hobby Lobby suing over that one case to even afford the work it took even to win that one argument!

How much more will it cost to contest ALL such cases as unconstitutional, where the judiciary is overstepping bounds and not only acting as legislative authority, but establishing faith based biases into public policy.
