America is in a severe crisis with Covid 19 infection rates skyrocketing with some hospital Intensive Care Units reaching capacity because of the severity of this disease. Even some leaders not given to over characterizing developments have sounded the alarm, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, described things as the country "is on fire" with Covid 19. The situation in parts of the country is so desperate that nurses that have the disease of Covid 19 but who are asymptomatic are still permitted to work in their hospital this is the case in North Dakota. It is clear that all responsible and prudent action even unconventional action should be explored because the need is so dire. Although the FDA did a warranted and highly commendable move this past Wednesday in granting Emergency Use for Eli LIlly's single antibody cocktail therapeutic they should not stop there they should grant EU for Eli LIlly's dual antibody cocktail therapeutic and Regeneron's dual antibody cocktail therapeutic (the one President Trump took when he got infected). These dual antibody therapeutics are no silver bullet to the disease but if they are given in the early stages of the disease like in the first ten days, before the patient needs to go into the hospital where the disease has progressed where it is causing the patients immune system to go haywire and risking blot clot problems, etc. the therapeutic can work remarkably. Regeneron's therapeutic after five days of the patient receiving it reduces the viral load ten times more than a placebo. Eli Lilly's drug has similar effectiveness, clinical use indicates it reduces the need for hospitalization even with people with serious morbidity. Although safety hasn't been fully tested under the circumstances the clinical use undergone has been enough!

They want to wait until after noon on 20 January to deal with this.

Only a couple of months, but it would ensure that Sleepy Joe got credit for it.

Further, those who die in between time will be blamed on Trump so it isn't a big deal.
