I'd say possibly both of them had low double-digit iqs. Those of us who had caring parents may not quite understand what happens to the children of an orphan that slips through the cracks of civil care, or a child who has a sick parent who cannot tend him and another who doesn't have the mental equipment to raise young. The law requires tip-top behaviors to some who cannot deliver for reasons nobody else understands, and they themselves may not understand, either.

Life is kinda a crapshoot for some folk, and a beautiful garden for others. We actually have adults among us who do not have the skills in life of a 4-year old. Tears from heaven fall all around us.

Harris was charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment causing death. Her sentencing trial is scheduled for late January. She has pleaded not guilty, according to The Register.

That little boy was only three months old. That man will be lucky if the remainder of his own life is that long once the other lifers get word about why he is now in their presence.
