I agree there are other search engines & we have a choice, but its very clear Google is the dominant SE and I believe they have censored information they don’t agree with, I can attest to Facebook doing it...

Google ad rates are the highest for a reason, they get the traffic...

There is nothing that stops Google from managing the service/product it provides.
The advertisers follow the traffic and the people have a choice what service to use.

Until Google's activities piss off enough users and advertisers to start losing substantial money, it won't make a difference to them.
If they desire to keep censoring sites and maintain the influence that allows them, there is no indication they won't decide to suffer a marginal loss just to do so.

Generally, when people complain about "censorship" they're referring to government censorship, which is quite illegal. Private interests, on the other hand, have every right to censor whatever they like. I don't mind you guys griping about Google refusing to broadcast your views, but you're trying equivocate on it as though it's a Constitutional freedom of speech issue, and it simply isn't. Google has just as much right to control what they present on their websites as any of us do.
